Automatic data storage

When you visit our website, our web server automatically stores the following data:

  • Host name and IP address of the device from which access is made
  • Date and time
  • The address of the website accessed
  • The address of the previously visited page (referrer URL)
  • The operating system used
  • The browser used and the browser version

This data is stored in the web server log files for about 2 weeks and then automatically deleted. We do not pass on this data, but we cannot rule out the possibility that this data may be viewed by us or the authorities in the event of unlawful behavior in order to simplify criminal prosecution.

Data collection and processing

We only collect and process your personal data if you provide it to us voluntarily as part of an inquiry, an order or a registration. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number and your address. Anonymized web tracking: Plausible

This website uses Plausible, a self-hosted web analytics tool, to measure the use of the website. Plausible collects data about your use of our website, e.g. the pages you visit, the links you click on and the devices you use. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store any personal data.

The data collected is used exclusively to improve the website.

Data storage

The data collected by Plausible is stored on a server in the EU. The data is stored for a period of up to 10 years and then deleted; the stored data is not passed on to third parties and remains within the EU. The data is completely anonymized and does not contain any personal data. We inform you voluntarily about the use of this tool.

Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Information: You have the right to request information about what data we have stored about you.
  • Rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of your data if it is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your data if the storage is unlawful or the purpose of the storage no longer applies.
  • Restriction of processing: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data if the accuracy of the data is disputed, the processing is unlawful or you refuse to delete the data and we have to block the data instead.

  • Objection: You have the right to object to the processing of your data.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the Republic of Austria if you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law.
