The telescope is a very cheap telescope for stargazing that was saved from being thrown away. After a more detailed examination by professional astronomers, it was determined that the optics of the device are sufficient to enjoy stargazing. The biggest challenge turned out to be the “mount”. This is the part that connects the telescope to the tripod. It must be possible to move the telescope in order to follow the objects in the sky, and at the same time – when aiming at a celestial object – it must be possible to keep the telescope fixed on a line.
